5 healthy tips to lead a happy life
What are the thoughts that is passing through your mind right now?
Can you see that world is moving at a faster rate, even more than the speed of light. Getting things done in a faster pace and presenting it to the world before anyone else, has become the priority for humans these days. In the quest of making money and fame I guess many of you are ignoring the most precious wealth of your life. Yes, it is HEALTH.
John F. Kennedy once said:
“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.”
It is in the journey between hospital and home most of them sigh as – “what’s the use of monetary benefits when I don’t have the health to enjoy them”. No studies or research is required to sense the amount of stress each one of you are taking, in your routine life.
Too often we take our health for granted and realize its importance only when we fall ill badly.
I hope none of you reading this blog would want to undergo a situation of bad health, in any phase of your life. Guys and Girls, I am not very keen to live the later stages of my life going back and forth to hospitals. Realizing the need for a healthy body, mind and spirit for our generation and our future, I am obsessed to share with you, the healthy life practices, which have brought amazing benefits to my life.

- Have a balanced diet:
By balanced diet I mean to include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
If possible (you can) be a veggie. I was a hardcore carnivorian.
Three months back my lunch wouldn’t be complete without a non-vegetarian dish. But now things have changed drastically.
I think my body has become lighter, after being a pure veggie. Why wait, take action, because action brings results and they speak louder than words.
Be patient to see the magic that fresh vegetables and fruits can do to your body.
- Never skip breakfast:
Have your parents advised you to have breakfast like a king?
I think you might have heard about it a lot from the people around you as well. Don’t take it lightly. It is the most important meal of the day.
The energy you need to perform for the whole day is packed inside your breakfast.
- Sleep well:
You might think I am kidding, but I am speaking out of my experience. Whatever we write here is first tested by us and then passed on to our readers.
Sleep is one of the best medicines for most of your diseases. Even machines do need some rest and so is the case for humans too. Make sure you sleep 6 to 9 hrs a day.
- Work out your body:
Take 30 minutes a day from your busy schedule to recharge your body.

This will help you to keep away most of the diseases from entering your body. I would advice my folks to practice yoga, if possible. It not only keeps you physically fit but also purifies your mind. I joined a yoga class down here at my home town and let me tell you it is doing wonders for me.
- Learn to manage your stress:
High stress has adverse side effects. It can cause basic physical ailments and might even lead to mental illness. So watch out for this deadly dangerous venomous Viper..!
Take a break from your work and move out for a vacation. Be with people whom you feel positive. And most important is to express yourself.
Mounting your emotions inside you will cause mental stress. Express your thoughts and feelings or write them down if you feel it difficult to say.
Only if you are physically, mentally and spiritually healthy you can be more productive and enjoy your life to the fullest.
